- Frontend ownership of the product (Angular + PrimeNG): feature architecture, quality and evolution. Angular upgrades from 13 to 22.
- End-to-end development when needed: data model, API (NestJS, TypeScript, Sequelize, PostgreSQL/TimescaleDB), UI and tests (Jest, Cypress).
- Performance tuning: diagnosing and fixing slow queries and API bottlenecks.
- Team quality standards: linting, formatting (Prettier), pre-commit hooks, merge requests and SonarQube scans.
- Automated CHANGELOG.md: a custom VS Code plugin that creates branches from develop knowing which PBIs each one covers, and a CI automation that fills in the entries when branches are merged into develop.
- Bots in the GitLab CI: code review on merge requests, a daily-pipeline bot that finds small issues, proposes a fix and opens its merge request, and another that auto-deploys to the chosen environment.
- Security: SBOM, SCA, DAST and SAST evidence saved automatically whenever a tag is created.
- AI in the team’s day-to-day work: skills, MCPs and AI tools built into the development workflow.
- Nx monorepo with pnpm: unified build, lint, test and documentation (Docusaurus).
